But one of the Sunshine State's top law enforcement officers is now taking the governor to court, alleging that he forced him into retirement for refusing to engage in illegal activity. Nearly one month after Donald Trump's criminal conviction in his hush money trial, a New York Court of Appeals shot down the ex-president's request to have his gag order lifted on Tuesday.
