The Gauteng High Court in Johannesburg has dismissed an application by Theuwedi Trading Enterprise and its sole director, Nakampe Aubrey Moliwa, to gag News24 over its reporting on the murder of Ekurhuleni senior forensic auditor Mpho Mafole.
